"My hot tub was not heating properly. I suspected it was going to be the heater finally going out as it is out of warranty and several years old. I called Adonis Spa Service and set an appointment. Turned out the problem was just a sensor, which wasn't expensive at all. It was fixed and heating again in under an hour. The bill was reasonable considering Adonis does not charge $100 just to "look and diagnose" like some other hot tub repair companies. I would call this company again in the future."

This is a great company"I found this company very professional & knowledgeable...........they arrived on time and fixed my spa quickly even when the weather was terrible out........other service companies I used previously put in parts that only lasted a few months and then they never returned my calls "

"My Sundance hot tub was leaking and out of warranty. I called the Sundance dealer that sold me the tub to get service like I typically do from their local office. Turns out they no longer had a local service person. I called my pool company and they were two weeks out on service and charged $100 to come out and determine the problem. I didn't want to wait two weeks. I called another reputable pool/spa company and they were also two weeks out on service and $100 as well. However, they were kind enough to recommend an independent service technician named Gary Collins from Adonis Spa Service. They said he had a good reputation in the industry and worked on several brands of hot tubs. I looked him up on the internet and called him. It was a Saturday so I didn't expect him to answer, but he did! He scheduled an appointment and called to let me know he was on the way, which I appreciated. The part had to be ordered and would take a week to get in from California, where my spa was manufactured. His trip charge and estimate was far more reasonable than the first two companies I had contacted. When the part arrived, he called and scheduled the repair appointment. I found Gary to be very informative, patient with my questions, and thorough. I would call him again for service if needed. --Kathy H, Overland Park, Kansas"
